If you have any problems with the drivers (missing or old drivers) simply update the drivers. You can do this by visiting official page, all sites will provide you with the latest drivers needed. However be careful with Beta drivers, these are not "polished" yet and may cause bigger lag than the old drivers.
If you need to check your model or you are not sure what model is it exactly, you can do the following for easy update.
Go to start, right click on My Computer, Manage, on the left side click on Device Manager. Inside that you'll get all devices and stuff connected to your PC. For graphics card simply go to Display Adapters (expand it if needed), if needed you can simply right click the icon and go to update drivers.
Note that Windows 7 provides drivers automatically for all graphic cards, drivers will be included with the update. However you will need to update new drivers manually.
If you need help with any drivers let us know, we'll do our best to help you.
